Hi, I'm Elizabeth but you can call me Lizzie!

For years, I've dreamed of creating an event like Gather + Flow—a place where people could come together to move their bodies, support local businesses, connect with their community, and leave feeling a little more refreshed than when they arrived.

This season of life gave me the push to finally bring that dream to life. While balancing work from home and the joy (and beautiful chaos!) of being a stay-at-home mom, I realized just how much I craved intentional time to reconnect—with myself, with others, and with my community. I had a feeling I wasn't the only one.

Gather + Flow was created from that place.

My hope is that each event offers more than just a workout. I hope it introduces you to a new way to move, encourages you to discover incredible local businesses, creates opportunities to give back to organizations making a difference, and reminds you that community is something worth investing in.

Each Gather + Flow event will feature a different style of fitness, allowing participants to explore new forms of movement while celebrating the talented instructors and small businesses that make our community so special.

Whether this is your first event or your tenth, thank you for being here. Your support means you're helping build something bigger than a morning workout—you're helping create a community rooted in wellness, connection, and kindness.
